Hate to say we told you so, but polka dots have been spotted (pun intended) everywhere this week: from Courtney Quinn, AKA Color Me Courtney's double dot ensemble of a boldy printed pleated skirt and cute button-down tied at the waist to Hajra aaa's subtle black-and-white blouse layered under a seriously styling jean jumpsuit. We're loving Chiara Ferragni and All Things Fatima's monochrome looks that are perfect for this transitional period. Unfortunately for British blogger and model Natasha Ndlovu, there is no "Canadian Tuxedo Of The Month" award, but if there were, she's win hands down. London's Covent Garden may be missing out on the sunshine, but it's seriously benefiting from Natasha's double denim vibes. For those lucky enough to be clinging on to the warm weather even though the fall is fast approaching, slide-ons appear to be a must-have.

💥No one really likes to talk about self doubt or overcoming obstacles on Instagram - so I will for this #ad 🙋🏽 Sometimes the road gets rocky, soon after earning my MBA I thought landing a job and jump starting my career would be super easy 🎓 - but after a few set backs I found myself broke, back working in a retail, eating ramen 🍜 and barely able to pay rent in the city! 🍎 It was really humbling because I worked hard at my education so I didn’t have to back step, and yet there I was 🤦🏽♀️… I remember doubting myself and my dream in that moment, considering packing up and moving home to Arizona 🌵 I think we’ve all been there, but we never talk about it here 🙊 and that leads to some unrealistic expectation about life, especially in New York 🗽 So I'm excited to collaborate with #DisneyPixar to introduce Cruz Ramirez, a new face you’ll see in #Cars3 this summer ☀️ See how she conquers self doubt in the new movie, and ultimately learns that as girls sometimes we let these fears get in our own way 🙅🏽🤷🏽♀️ SO excited for young girls to see this movie and be inspired by her struggle and her strength 💪🏽Cheers to movies that are introducing more realistic female characters that we can all relate to!! 🙌🏽 // post inspired by Disney•Pixar’s #Cars3 & the movie's new character Cruz Ramirez 🚗 Catch her in theaters now! 💼 by @boxlunchgifts
