Victoria Beckham Keeps It Cool, Karlie Kloss At The Fabulous Fund Fair & More From LFW

Everything you need to know: LFW Day Six.

As London Fashion Week drew to a close, there was still just enough time for some stand-out collections from some of the British capital's more reputed designers, and, of course, a massive blow-out party to close things out. We're here to jump start your day with a round-up of everything you need to know from yesterday's runways and beyond: from the biggest shows, to the star-studded front rows and everything in-between, we've got you covered.

Undeterred by bizarre (but hilarious) allegations that her husband is desperate for a knighthood, Victoria Beckham kept it cool at Fashion Week, presenting a chic collection of relaxed tailoring. The aesthetic is one we’ve seen Beckham developing at her brand for many seasons, and this one has really honed-in on everything we’ve come to expect from the designer: a painfully cool palette of warm grays and off-whites, effortlessly perfect cuts complete with understated detailing. Two stand-out pieces from the collection were a drop-waist, button-up dress in iridescent orange, and a turtleneck sweater printed with simple illustrated portraits.

With a propensity for setting trends before even Vetements, the fashion set always pays close attention to this British brand headed by two Portuguese designers. It was an unexpectedly loud look put forward by Marques ‘ Almeida, with two-tone pinstripes and squares taking center stage. The overall aesthetic was like taking a walk through the set of an Austin Powers movie, ‘60s styling ruled supreme with powerful pops of color coming through in the form of stacked footwear and colorblocked two-piece outfits. Take-aways for us were undoubtedly the boxy jackets and the oversized clutches.

Rounding off the fast-paced, short-lived fashion bonanza in London was the annual London’s Fabulous Fund Fair, a fund-raising event for the Naked Heart Foundation. The charity itself was set up by Russian model Natalia Vodianova back in 2004 for children with special needs and has since funded a multitude of projects in Russia. For the third year in a row, the star-studded event was co-hosted by Vodianova and Karlie Kloss, and welcomed the likes of Katy Perry to spend the final night of London Fashion Week at a fun fair-themed party, complete with carousel.
