Hi, I think you're looking for the name of the symbol, which would be the 'Deathly Hallows' symbol from Harry Potter (: You can just get the tank in the largest size to make it really baggy. BUT to be honest, you can find any random large white oversized tank top and just draw in the symbol - triangle, circle in the center, line down the middle; it's simple. Also, it would be a lot cheaper than spending 22 bucks on a plain white tank with a symbol in the center when you can probably do it for 5bucks yourself! Also, I think the girl in the picture probably made the tank top herself...the symbol looks like it was drawn in since it isn't 100% perfect (if you look closely, the lines are slightly uneven and her circle isn't fully round/even).
