Probably looking for the exact shirt in the photo but, if you have a little time on your hands and don't mind paying a little less.....This shirt can be easily DIY-ed with some scissors, sewing, and some stretching out. Just by the shirt a little oversized. The cut the bottom of the shirt to your desired length and stretch the part where you cut so that it curls up at the bottom so it doesn't look all jagged from the cut. Then cut the sleeves at a diagonal angle and the roll the sleeves a couple times and sew it threw the inside of the shirt so that it stays and you don't have to keep rolling the sleeves up every other minute! Hope this helps! Happy shopping!
