What kind of posts can I boost on Wheretoget?

You can boost any look you have previously imported, either from your catalogue, Instagram, or via blogs. If the look you want to promote is not on your Wheretoget catalog you need to upload it first.

What do my boosted posts look like and where do they show?

You can preview your sponsored look before starting your campaign. When you choose to boost posts, your looks will include the official brand post mention and a s ponsored mention.

Your promoted looks will appear on the users’ feed as they browse it, as well as in the categories and in search results.
If you choose to boost more than one look, each one will have the same visibility on the website and app.

BOOST Your Posts
How can I promote my looks on Wheretoget?

To boost one of your looks:

1. From your catalog, select the look you want to promote by clicking Promote this look
N.B: if the look you want to promote isn’t on your catalog you need to upload it first
2. Choose your overall budget and the duration of your ad, and enter your payment method
3. Click Start campaign

The ad you create will appear on both desktop and mobile.

N.B: You can’t boost your posts in bulk. You will need to create a campaign for each look separately, that way you can customize the duration and budget for each of your promoted looks.

Who can see my boosted posts?

Your boosted posts will be visible to all our users through the feed as well as to visitors of the website through the categories and search results.

How long will it take for my posts to be boosted?

Once you hit ‘Start campaign’ your boosted posts will start appearing to our users and visitors.

How much does it cost to boost a post?

Boost posts cost $0.50 a click.
You can boost posts for a pre-selected amount starting from $10, or choose your own. We'll never charge more than the budget you select.
The budget you select is the overall price of boosting a post. When you select a budget and duration, the system calculates the daily budget and daily corresponding clicks.
Depending on the duration and budget you choose, you may quickly run out of clicks each day.
You may schedule a boosted post for up to 5 days.
If you want to run a boost post for longer please reach out to brand@wheretoget.it .

N.B: Your daily clicks for a boosted post reset every day at midnight.

What are the payment methods available?
All the following credit cards are accepted:
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • JCB
  • Discover
  • Diners Club
We also accept gift and prepaid cards that are one of the above types.
Why do I get an error message when I enter my payment method?

Please make sure that your credit card number is correct. Wheretoget accepts all kinds of credit cards.

Manage Your Posts
Can I edit a boost posts I created?

Once you have promoted a look, you can’t edit it yourself anymore. However if you really need to do it, you can always reach out to our support team who is very reactive and can help you addressing any problem you could meet.

Can I stop running boosting my posts?

You can’t stop running them yourself, but our support team is very reactive and can help you with that, you just need to reach out to brand@wheretoget.it.

How do I change the budget or schedule of my boosted post?

You can’t edit a boost post yourself once the campaign has started, but our team can help you with that. Just reach out to brand@wheretoget.it

Measure Your Performance
Where can I see how my promoted looks are performing?

Shortly after promoting your looks, you can see details about their performance. To see how your promoted looks are performing:
1. Go to your Profile
2. Click Statistics on your dashboard.
3. You will find a tab for engagement and another for your clicks details.

Once your boost posts have been running for a while, you'll be able to see the number of impressions, engagement, the number of clicks to your store etc.
